Authorization to Receive Official Notices & Update Information via E-mail


As a resident of Eagle Creek Community Association, you have a choice as to how you would like notices sent to you. Please use the form below to submit your preference and approval. A copy of the information will be sent to the Property manager and a copy will be sent to the email address you provided for record. As the owner it will be your responsibility to insure the property manager has a valid email address on file. The Board of Directors greatly encourage you to participate in this option.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form by contacting the property manager in writing and stating that you withdraw your consent to receive official notices by email. The Boards of Directors and Management Team thank you, in advance, for your anticipated participation with this request.
